Terms of UseThis applies to everyone interacting with my art, not just commissioners.
My art cannot be used in AI art generators, nor as an NFT.My art may not be used for commercial or profit purposes, unless a contract has been arranged.Do not reclaim my works as your own.Do not repost my work to any social media sites, except if it is a piece made for you and you alone, with credit given to me and with a link to either my Instagram or my TikTok.Do not edit, copy, or otherwise use my artwork in any way not explicitly stated above.Do not edit, copy, or otherwise use my characters in any way.
Terms of ServiceThis applies to commissioners only.By ordering from me, you are agreeing to my Art Terms of Use, as well as any and all of the conditions listed below. Be sure to read this section thoroughly before ordering any type of commission from me.My prices may change at any time. It is your responsibility to check the price of a commission before ordering. The price that you order a commission at is locked in- meaning that if my prices change during the completion of your commission, your individual price will stay the same.I will not provide any work without my signature in it.I reserve the right to post any and all of my commissioned artwork (including the timelapse recordings) to my social media sites, as well as any portfolios, websites, etc. I will credit your characters whenever possible.Do not use my work for commercial or profit purposes.
If you are ordering a commission from me, please tell me the name of your favorite food at the bottom of your commission request.If you have a piece made specifically for you, you may use it in a non-commercial way, such as a profile picture, background, etc. with credit given to me and with a link to either my Instagram or Tiktok.Do not edit my work in any way, and do not remove my signature. My signature must be visible at all times.I will not provide the timelapse recording to any commissioner.

Payment:Currently, my only form of payment is in USD, only via Paypal.My prices use the fixed amounts listed on my commission page, unless you are ordering a custom commission.Do not haggle. I do not provide discounts.I require half of the commission payment after the initial sketch is viewed and approved by the commissioner. Consider this your down payment- if you cancel after this point, you do not get that money back. I will only continue working on your commission after your down payment is sent and processed.If you cancel before the initial sketch is viewed and approved, there is no charge to you.Once the commission is completed, I will send you a low quality, heavily watermarked version for you to view. You will only receive the final version once the second half of your payment is sent and processed.If I have to cancel your commission for personal reasons, I will provide a full refund.
Ordering:If you wish to order a commission from me, please use the form listed on my Commission Info page.You will receive a sketch within a few days of ordering the commission.Keep in mind that commissions are first come, first serve. I complete commissions in the order that I receive them. I will let you know how many commissions I have to complete before I can get to yours.I will send you progress updates of your commission, and if you wish to view its current progress, I will provide a watermarked, low quality version for you to view.I attempt to finish a piece every one or two weeks. I am usually able to meet this deadline, but life sometimes gets in the way. I will let you know if your commission is significantly delayed.Once the commission is complete and the final payment is received, I will provide a full resolution .png format file, with my signature visible.I will not provide the work files (.csp), unwatermarked versions, or timelapse recordings.

The larger the commission, the longer it will take. I do my absolute best to keep on top of my art, but I am a student and life sometimes gets in the way. Please be patient.

+$10 for a complex backgroundA circular backdrop with a transparent background can be provided upon request in the 'Commission Type + Canvas Size section of the commission request form. This comes at no additional cost.
